| Karen Studt has been a resident of the Fargo and West Fargo communities for over thirty years. After years of helping hundreds of customers with their mortgage and consumer lending needs, and managing several bank branches, Karen began a career in real estate sales. Here, she is able to utilize her knowledge gained as a part owner of a construction company, along with her financial background, to help other people make wise decisions about their own homes. Karen is a graduate of Minot Ryan High School, and North Dakota State University in Fargo. She served on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead, and is a past director of the North Dakota Association of Builders. Karen presently serves on the Forms Committee(formerly the Chairperson) for the Fargo Moorhead Area Association of Realtors, as well as the Professional Standards Committee. She is involved in various church and community activities, and is a graduate of the Leadership Fargo Program. Karen lives in rural Fargo with her husband, and has three grown children living nearby. For recreation, she enjoys reading, walking, camping, fishing, and activities with family and friends.
